Chinese plane carrying 132 people crashes in China’s Guangxi Region

A China Eastern Airlines Boeing 737 passenger plane carrying 132 people crashed near the city of Wuzhou in China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. A fire broke out in the mountainous region where the plane flying from Kunming to Guangzhou crashed. According to the Chinese Civil Aviation Administration, there were 132 people on board, including 9 crew members. The casualty is not known yet, while search and rescue efforts are still underway.
