Local operators note that flight traffic has spiked just ahead of the Chinese holiday week beginning on October 1st. Emphasizing the sport’s safety and this striking demographic trend, cooperative board member Zafer Şekerci stated, “I think riding a motorcycle is much more dangerous than paragliding. We can say that one out of every three people flying in the sky is Chinese.” As the lively season continues, local aviation companies expect the skies above the stunning coastline to become even busier in the coming days.
