Members of the Germany-based environmentalist group Letzte Generation (The Last Generation), carried out an attack on the Senate building in the Italian capital, Rome, with paints and turned the building’s entrance and windows to orange. Police detained 5 activists.
Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni condemned the attack and described it outrageous.
