Coal mine landslide in china: 5 dead 48 missing

A coal mine in Alxa League, in China’s northern region of Inner Mongolia, collapsed yesterday. While the death toll has risen to 5, search and rescue efforts continue for the other 48 missing miners. The rescue effort included 40 health workers and almost 480 rescuers.

Premier Li Keqiang of China has ordered an immediate investigation into the cause of the landslide.
