A military truck carrying Russian soldiers collided with a civilian passenger van on the Shakhtyorsk-Torez in the Donetsk region, killing 16 passengers on board and injuring 3 others, according to local sources. The injured soldiers are reportedly being treated in hospitals in the city of Torez.
