Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, observed the 32nd anniversary of the Khojaly Massacre, where 613 lives were lost at the hands of Armenian forces on February 26, 1992. Azerbaijani people, ministers, MPs, and dignitaries paid tribute to the victims at the Khojaly Monument. Turkey’s Baku Ambassador Cahit Bağcı and embassy staff also attended the ceremony, leaving carnations at the monument.
