Coventry Street, located near Leicester Square and known for being London’s busiest thoroughfare, was adorned with “Ramadan lights.” The opening ceremony, which included a countdown, was attended by London Mayor Sadiq Khan and drew considerable interest from both local and foreign tourists. Coventry Street, a popular destination among tourists, will remain illuminated throughout the holy month of Ramadan.
