London, the capital of England, made preparations the day before the start of Ramadan. Coventry Street, located near Leicester Square and known for being London’s busiest thoroughfare, was adorned with “Ramadan lights.” The opening ceremony, which included a countdown, was attended by London Mayor Sadiq Khan and drew considerable interest from both local and foreign tourists. Coventry Street, a popular destination among tourists, will remain illuminated throughout the holy month of Ramadan.
