The amateur cycling event 2023 Russian Garden Ring Amateur Cycling Race was held in Moscow, Russia. Former professional cyclists, as well as experienced cycling enthusiasts competed in categories based on cyclists’ ages.
On the same day, Moscow hosted the 2023 Spring Bicycle Festival. The festival, intended to promote cycling and a healthy lifestyle, drew over 50,000 cyclists.
