Cyclone Kirrily Leaves 64,000 Australians Without Power

Cyclone Kirrily has brought life to a standstill in the Australian state of Queensland. Powerful winds that reached a speed of 70 kilometers left 64,000 people without electricity across the state, and most of the outages were in the city of Townsville, according to authorities. The Australian Bureau of Meteorology warned that heavy rainfall would be effective with the storm.
