Cyprus veteran donates 8 years of work to earthquake victims

Selahattin Cihan a 72 -year-old Turkish man who is a Cypriot veteran, who makes models of historical and cultural structures of Türkiye and other countries, put up nearly 30 works he had spent for 8 years for sale to donate the income to those affected by the devastating earthquakes in Türkiye.

“We are all sorry for the earthquake. We are trying to help the earthquake victims. I would like to donate the income of the works I have made in 8 years to earthquake victims. I would like to also donate to university students who are struggling with economical problems. I have nearly 30 works. I have done some works for the promotion of our hometown as well as the promotion of our country. I have been occupied with this business for 8 years, but I had to leave it only because of people were not interested. I returned to my previous profession,” said Cihan.
