Czech customs officers have found about 1,5 kilograms of cocaine in the stomach of a 35-year-old foreigner at the Vaclav Havel Airport in Prague. The passenger was caught after a drug test sample was taken from his hands during regular risk analysis at the airport. The suspect was taken to hospital for CT scan, where 124 capsules filled with high-density cocaine were detected in the passenger’s stomach. This method of transport is hard to catch, but it is equally risky for the carrier. If one of the capsules explodes in the intestines, death may occur because of the drug overdose , customs Spokesperson Sarka Miskovska said. The nationality of the suspect, who was detained by the National Drug Enforcement Center, was not specified.
