Death Toll From Extreme Colds Rises to 60 in Afghanistan

Afghanistan National Disaster Agency reported that 60 people have died in the last 3 weeks in the country, where the temperature dropped to minus 30. It was also said that more than 1,600 houses were partially or completely destroyed and more than 177,00 cattle froze to death across the country.

A total of 22,400 are receiving food, necessities and cash aid from the National Disaster Agency and international organizations.
