The death toll from the Nalgae Typhoon that struck the Philippines has risen to 110, with 101 injured. Authorities have stated that the search for 33 missing people is still ongoing. Approximately 866 thousand people were displaced.
The Nalgae Typhoon, which brought heavy rains and winds to the southern parts of the Philippines since last Friday, flooded thousands of homes and caused landslides in many areas. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announced yesterday evening that the typhoon had left the country.
