The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that the number of people who lost their lives as a result of radios being detonated in different parts of the country yesterday had risen to 20 and the number of injured exceeded 450. Hezbollah has not yet made a statement regarding the detonation of the radios yesterday.
The US news site Axios yesterday stated that the radios were loaded with explosives by Israeli intelligence services before being delivered to Hezbollah.
Japan-based ICOM, the manufacturer of the radios, stated that the production of the radios in question had been stopped 10 years ago and that the issue was being investigated.
