Death Toll from Pakistan Train Attack Rises to 31

The Pakistani military has announced that the number of people killed in the attack on a passenger train by the separatist Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) in the Bolan district of Balochistan province on March 11 has risen to 31.

There are 23 soldiers, 5 civilians and 3 railway workers among the victims, the military added.

BLA militants hijacked a train traveling from Quetta to Peshawar, carrying around 400 passengers, including soldiers, to demand the release of their detained members.
