Death Toll from Typhoon Yagi Increases in Vietnam

The death toll from Typhoon Yagi, which has caused the most damage in Asian countries, has risen to 197 in Vietnam. Authorities say 800 people were injured and 128 people are missing.

A total of 200,000 hectares of agricultural land in the north of the country were destroyed by the floods.

Many countries, including Australia, Japan, South Korea and the US, sent aid to Vietnam.
