The death toll has risen to 4 after Israel attacked a building in Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, where debris removal efforts continue. The Lebanese Health Ministry reported that there were 83 wounded, most of whom had been discharged after receiving treatment in emergency rooms.
Lebanese security sources reported that Fuad Shukr, the targeted senior advisor to Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, survived the attack, while Hezbollah claims that he was buried under the rubble and the Israeli Defense Forces claim that he was killed.
