Russian officials announced that the number of people killed in the missile attack carried out by Ukrainian forces on the Russian city of Belgorod had increased to 24. At least 3 children were among the dead, and 108 people were injured as well, according to the announcement.
“This crime will not go unpunished,” the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
