The Syrian Ministry of Health stated that the death toll increased to 1,408 and the number of injury cases increased to 2,341 in the cities of Aleppo, Hama, Latakia and Tartus, which were affected by the earthquakes in Turkey. The Ministry stated that necessary treatment and psychological support continues in the shelters that were built near the areas affected by the earthquake.
