Death Toll Rises to 26 After Tropical Storm Trami Reaches Philippines

Tropical Storm Trami, which made landfall in the town of Divilacan in the northeastern province of Isabela, has triggered severe flooding and landslides. The death toll in the country has risen to 26 and more than 163,000 people have been displaced from their homes so far.

Authorities have issued warnings of heavy rainfall, flooding, landslides and storm surges for provinces in the northern Philippines.
