DHL cargo plane splits in two after making emergency landing at Costa Rica airport

A DHL courier company cargo plane (Boeing 757), having hydraulic problem, made an emergency landing at the Juan Santamaria airport in San Jose, Costa Rica. The plane took off from the Costa Rican airport bound for Guatemala, however the pilots decided to return after detecting the malfunction. The plane skidded the runway, and split in two shortly after landing at the airport. The 2 crew members on the plane were reportedly unharmed. The Accident disrupted air-traffic at the country’s largest airport.
