Downed Drones Hit Buildings in Northern Iraq

Air defense systems in the northern Iraqi city of Erbil intercepted multiple drones and missiles overnight. Debris from one of the downed drones struck a residential building near the United States Consulate, sparking a fire.

The incident occurred in a neighborhood known as Lebanon Village and was captured on civilian cameras. Local security sources confirmed that residents were safely evacuated from the damaged building, and no injuries or fatalities have been reported following the strike.
