Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan went to Sochi at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin. After greeting each other at the door of the building where the meeting will take place, the two moved on to the bilateral meeting. Before the meeting started, the Russian leader congratulated Erdoğan as it was the first time he met with him after the Turkish presidential elections. Erdogan stated that the content of the meeting will include developments in the energy, tourism, and defense industry sectors, the Ukraine crisis, the Syrian war, and the Black Sea grain agreement, which has been drawing the most attention.
