President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan was received with an official ceremony in Kuwait by Emir Meshal al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah upon his arrival at Kuwait International Airport.
Top Kuwaiti officials attended the ceremony before Erdoğan and the Emir proceeded to a bilateral meeting. The president was accompanied by First Lady Emine Erdoğan and several ministers, including Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek.
