A group of 26 tourists from Germany and Switzerland are touring Türkiye in caravans on a 45-day trip. After traveling for 40 days, the 13 families reached Kastamonu, where they expressed their admiration for Türkiye’s beauty. Staying at Balabanağa Mansion in Daday, Kastamonu, they enjoyed local dishes and nature. The group plans to visit Amasra and Safranbolu next, aiming to conclude their journey in Istanbul.
Swiss tourist Jörg Bünter expressed his delight with the tour, stating, “I’m on a wonderful tour with lots of surprises. We’ve seen incredible views, and I love it.”
Suzanna Mafli shared, “We saw many beautiful things—animals, landscapes, ancient cities. This time, traveling by caravan allowed us to explore Turkey more intensively. My favorite place was Cappadocia.”
German traveler Tomas Hering, leading the group, noted, “This is our second caravan tour in Turkey. We came with 13 vehicles this time and plan to return in September with an even larger group. The paddy fields and roadside views were wonderful.”
The tourists are thoroughly enjoying their extensive exploration of Türkiye’s diverse regions and cultural sites.
