An explosion at fireworks factory in Santa Marta, Colombia killed 2 people, including a woman, and injured 2 others. One of the injured was a firefighter, and the other was a worker. Regional Risk Management Head Jorge Lizarazo said, “The welding was done irresponsibly in that factory. All this is subject to investigation by the authorities.”
An investigation into the explosion has been launched.
