An explosion at a production facility in Kopeysk, Russia’s Chelyabinsk region, killed 10 people and injured five.
Governor Aleksey Teksler said the blast was not caused by a drone attack and declared a day of mourning. The fire following the explosion has been extinguished, and an investigation is underway.
