An explosion followed by a fire killed four people at a biscuit factory in Trikala, Thessaly, northern Greece, while one person remains missing. Fire officials said eight of the 13 people inside the factory managed to escape as around 40 firefighters battled the blaze. The factory’s owner, Violanta S.A., said the cause of the incident is still unclear. Greek Health Minister Adonis Georgiadis said six people, including a firefighter, were treated for respiratory problems, adding, “Our top priority right now is our employees.”
