Families of Israeli Prisoners Demand Ceasefire and Prisoner Exchange

In Israel, over 300 vehicles formed a convoy organized by the Forum for the Families of the Hostages and Missing, urging Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government to negotiate a ceasefire with Hamas that includes a prisoner exchange. The convoy, which started in Tel Aviv, is headed toward the Gaza border, with vehicles displaying Israeli flags, yellow banners, and photos of the prisoners. The protesters, aiming to make their plea heard, will use loudspeakers at the border and tow a damaged vehicle from the October 7 incidents as part of their demonstration. The forum emphasized the urgency, stating, “The opportunity to bring everyone back is disappearing every day.”
