Fatal Collision at Haneda Airport: 5 Crew Members Died, Pilot Injured

A catastrophic incident unfolded at Tokyo’s Haneda Airport involving an Airbus A350 of Japan Airlines Flight 516 and the Japan Coast Guard Forces’ (JCG) MA-722 aircraft. The collision resulted in the tragic loss of 5 JCG crew members, while the pilot sustained severe injuries. The JCG plane was en route to deliver aid supplies to Niigata Airport following a recent 7.6 magnitude earthquake globally.
