Fatal Snowstorm Hits Ukraine, Killing 10

A devastating snowstorm wreaked havoc in Ukraine and annexed Crimea, claiming 10 lives and leaving 23 people injured, including 2 children. Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko confirmed casualties in multiple regions, with Odessa and Mikolaiv particularly affected.
