A fire broke out on the 3rd floor of the National Hangeul Museum in the South Korean capital, Seoul, at 8:40 local time and quickly spread to the upper floor during expansion work.
The fire was reportedly put out after four hours of effort by 262 personnel, one of whom was injured as debris fell on them.
No artifacts at the museum, which was closed to visits, were damaged as they were moved somewhere else due to the ongoing construction.
