Fire break out at parliament building of Kyrgyzstan

A fire broke out in Kyrgyzstan’s parliament building in Bishkek. While the people in the building were evacuated, the fire was put out with the help of 6 fire trucks. The building’s employees were evacuated. The fire caused no casualties or injuries.

The members of the Supreme Council were reportedly not present at the time of the fire, and Kyrgyzstan’s President Sadr Japarov attended the People’s Congress meeting.
