The Ubon Ratchathani city of Thailand got almost fully submerged by the flooding. The search and rescue operations, in which the Thai army participates, are being carried out via boats and helicopters.
The images on social media show that the residents in the region were fishing on the flooded streets.
The Disaster Department reported that approximately 75,000 people from 30 states across the country had to leave their homes due to floods that have been emerging since September 28.
