The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council in the Philippines reported that at least 23 people were killed due to the three tropical storms that hit various parts of the country. The authorities also reported that there were 15 missing people.
The storms also caused severe damage to the various parts of the country, tearing off roofs, uprooting trees, and causing deadly floods.
