Floods Kill 34 in Indonesia

Floods triggered by heavy rains and cold lava flow from a volcano caused chaos in the West Sumatra region of Indonesia. West Sumatra Disaster Agency announced that 34 people, 16 in Agam and 18 in Tanah Datar, lost their lives. Search efforts resume for at least 16 people.

At least 26 people died in a landslide and flood in West Sumatra in March.
