Hurricane Ian, which hit the US state of Florida at category 4 level yesterday evening, caused great destruction in the state. The devastation came to light after Ian, the 5th strongest hurricane in US history, left Florida. Severe damage was seen to many roads, bridges and buildings. Florida Emergency Management said in a statement that at least 500 people have been rescued so far during the effort carried out in the area.
