Footage of Russia’s recent attack on a Liberian-flagged commercial ship entering the port in Ukraine’s Odessa region on the Black Sea has been published. It was stated that the captain of the ship died and three crew members who were Filipino citizens were injured after the attack, which took place on November 8.
Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov said in his statement that Russia has carried out 21 attacks on ports since its withdrawal from the grain agreement.
