A fire broke out in the forest area at around 14.24 hours near the Koyunyeri pond of the Çan district of Türkiye’s Çanakkale province. Regional teams were dispatched upon notice. Upon notification, 2 helicopters, 2 planes, 7 sprinklers, and 72 personnel were sent to the region.
Until the past few days, Çanakkale had been fighting against severe fires that lasted for several days.
