At least 4 people and 20 others were killed in a Russian drone strike at night on two student dorms and an educational institution in the city of Rzhyshchiv, Kyiv Oblast of Ukraine. District Police Chief Andrii Nebytov said that the injured were taken to the hospital and that the search for the missing people continues.
The attack destroyed most of the 4th and 5th floors of the 5-story dormitory buildings, but other structures were also damaged. In addition, the Ukrainian army downed 16 of Russia’s 21 drones.
