A chain traffic accident involving 21 vehicles occurred on the S7 expressway near the Polish city of Gdansk at midnight, causing a fire that reduced some of the vehicles to ashes. Four people died and 15 others were injured in the accident.
The police have detained a 37-year-old truck driver, who is believed to have caused the accident, and stated that he will be brought to the prosecutor’s office today.
