A clash broke out between the police and the Serbs after the Serbs prevented the Albanian-origin presidents elected to the Serb-dominated municipalities from entering northern Kosovo. Four people were reported to be injured, and a police car was set on fire. “It is clear that terrorism is being committed against the Serbian community in Kosovo,” said Serbian Defense Minister Milos Vucevic. Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic ordered the army to be vigilant.
