The Russian military has carried out a drone attack on a building in the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that a fire broke out in the building in the Solomyanskyi district west of the city center, killing a 14-year-old child and injuring 5 others. He added that more than 100 people in the building were evacuated.
