France to Send €100M to Lebanon

French President Emmanuel Macron announced that his country is to provide 100 million euros to Lebanon at the International Aid Conference in Paris, which aims to raise 500 billion euros for Lebanese people who are under attack by Israel.

“There is destruction there; there are victims there; there is a lot of violence there. We cannot accept this. A ceasefire agreement must be reached that allows the displaced people to return to their homes in safety,” the French president said.
