A French parliamentary session was adjourned after Rachel Keke, a member of the Unyielding France (LFI) party, unfurled a Palestinian flag. Keke, dressed in the colors of the Palestinian flag, was temporarily suspended from parliament.
LFI President Mathilde de Panot affirmed their commitment to advocating for the recognition of the Palestinian state and the imposition of an arms embargo against the Israeli government led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. This incident follows a similar action last week when LFI MP Sebastien Delogu was also suspended for displaying the Palestinian flag in parliament.
