The liter price of gasoline in England has exceeded £1,48 to £1,51 and the price of diesel rose to £1,54, reaching an all-time high, British Automobile Association stated. Simon Williams, the spokesman of a British car insurance company stated that £81.41 is needed to fill up a fuel tank of a 55-liter vehicle. “New records may be broken on a daily basis,” he said.

In the UK, the annual inflation level has reached 7.2 percent since March 1992, setting a new record. The office of Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem) announced that as of April 1, there will be a price hike about 54 percent in gas and electricity.
