A tanker carrying fuel collided with a train as it passed through a level crossing in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The tanker exploded as a result of the accident, and flames spread throughout the area. The fire spread to the environment, causing damage to 120 houses and 50 vehicles in the area. While 1,500 people were evacuated from their homes as a result of the incident, three people were poisoned by smoke and were taken to the hospital.
