Garbage and plastic waste covers surface of Drina River

The scene formed by garbage and plastic waste on the surface of the Drina River in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which also passes through the neighboring countries, Serbia and Montenegro, reveals signs of an ecological disaster.

The waste problem, which has become a serious problem in recent years, is not yet on the agenda for the authorities. Environmentalists are calling on Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Montenegro to create a joint plan to prevent ecological disaster.
