A giant moon balloon got out of control last Monday at the Moon Festival held in China’s Henan province. In the incident that took place in the morning, the balloon went out of control and got onto the highway and caused a chaos in traffic. Two people were seen running behind the balloon tried to catch the giant balloon. The images went viral on social media.
